Welcome to the official website of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Iota Epsilon Lambda Chapter, located in Nassau, Bahamas "it just keeps getting better". The objectives of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. are to stimulate the ambition of its members; to prepare them for the greatest usefulness in the cause of humanity, freedom, and dignity of the individual; to encourage the highest and noblest form of manhood; and to aid downtrodden humanity in its efforts to achieve higher social, economic, and intellectual status. Our motto is "First of All, Servants of All, We Shall Transcend All."

The Iota Epsilon Lambda was Chartered May 11, 1977. This year we are celebrating our 30th Anniversary and with this we have embarked and set the course for another decade of leadership and service to our communites. One vital item on our agenda, is our national program "Go to High School...Go to College". We are Architects and Attorneys; Accountants and Bankers; Dentists and Doctors; Educators and Entrepreneurs and even Politicians and Pastors. We are everyday men who work collectively to uphold our Fraternity aims of "Manly deeds, Scholarship and Love for all Mankind".

As a Fraternity we have embarked on a new century of leadership and service having just recently celebrated 100 years as a vibrant organization. Our founders were men even with limited means, who personified class and excellence. From the beginning they set the standards for all Chapters and Brothers to follow; may our works be fitting and representative of our beloved Jewels.
